We’re excited to get you started at our clinic. Here’s some general information about our services:
We offer services to clients who are 18 years of age or older and who live in Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia (by law you must be physically present in their province in order to receive services)
We offer both virtual services (via a web-based secure, PHIPA compliant, healthcare video platform with end-to-end encryption) and in-person services at our downtown Toronto clinic location (39 Madison Ave - closest intersection is Bloor and Spadina)
Our services are not covered by OHIP and we do not currently offer a sliding fee scale. Our providers are registered health professionals and extended benefits may cover some or all of your services with us (please find out the limits and requirements of your plans coverage)
Fees: Comprehensive DBT consists of weekly or biweekly individual therapy sessions ($230-280/session), a weekly 2-hour DBT Skills Training Group ($170/session for 24 weeks) as well as access to your therapist for phone coaching between your sessions (offered at no charge).
Some clients can benefit from DBT-informed treatment that consists of individual therapy only (we will discuss and determine this during your intake). Attendance of individual therapy at our clinic or with another therapist is required for participation in the DBT Skills Training Group
